Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees and return postage costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and clearance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Limited-edition drops
